Congratulations to Ken Hysell the Kemmerer Heavyweight Pool Champ!

Thank you to the NFHS for joining us for an afternoon game of Cornhole!

It was great to learn a few card games from the students at NFHS as well.  We hope they will join us again.

We LOVE Volunteers!

We would like to give a BIG SHOUT OUT to Scott Miller and our many ride along volunteers who stepped up to help us out with meal delivery in March.  True lifesavers!

Special Thanks to March volunteers

AGNES - Aging Needs Evaluation Summary

We appreciate you completing the AGNES form.

The AGNES is the primary intake and ongoing assessment form for the Wyoming Department of Health's services for seniors. It is required by WDH that this intake form is filled out annually. Without the form the KSC is unable to report you as a participant. This directly impacts future grant funding.

Join Anna Monthly for a healthier you!
