New Frontier High School Seniors will be here every Wednesday from 11:00-12:00 to enjoy an activity at our center. We will play cards, cornhole and decorate cookies this month.

AGNES - Aging Needs Evaluation Summary
We appreciate you completing the AGNES form.
The AGNES is the primary intake and ongoing assessment form for the Wyoming Department of Health's services for seniors. It is required by WDH that this intake form is filled out annually. Without the form the KSC is unable to report you as a participant. This directly impacts future grant funding.
